RM-5T Countertop Convection Oven, (5) 18"x26" Pan Capacity - 208V, 1PH, The RM-5T is the perfect easy to operate convection oven with simple to operate controls. Designed to hold up to (5) 18"x26" sheet pans, however if you are baking breads, muffins, rolls don't forget the wire shelves to accomidate smaller pan sizes. The shelf spacing is 4". Needing a small foot print solution, the RM-5T measures a whopping 30"W x 37.825"D x 41.75"H with a internal measurement of 18.75"W x 29.75"D x 22"H. The RM-5T is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel from the inside out. The RM-5T a max temperature up to 425°F and able to preheat to 350°F in a matter of 12-15 minutes. A few standard features include cool to touch door (keeping your employee safe), 6" adjustable leveling legs, field reversible doors, and a single speed convected fan system. The oven chamber measures 18.75"W x 29.75"D x 22"H. The RM-5T is standard with one year labor and two year parts warranty.
