Every oven ships with everthing you need standard. The NCO3 is designed to hold up to (3) 13"x18" sheet pans with a shelf spacing of 3.5" spacing between pans. The NCO3 measures 29.125"W x 27.875"D x 21.5"H with a interior measurement of 18.375"W x 14.375"D x 11.75"H. Our NCO Series Countertop Convection oven is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel interior and exterior. The oven door is only offered in left style hinge placement, however standard with cool to touch doors allowing for better employee safety. The NCO3 & NCO5 come standard with manaul controls which include a separate thermostatic control and timer. If looking for a touch screen option with dual speed fan we highly recommend the NCOT5. This compact oven is able to reach 550°F and preheats to 350°F in a matter of 12-15 minutes. The NCO3 has 4" adjustable leg allowing. However when stacking you will remove the top ovens legs to secure top oven to bottom oven. The NCO Series Countertop Oven comes with one year labor and two year parts warranty.
