    The Steam-It is designed for durability and ease of use, featuring a 3/16” (5mm) aluminum welded seamless cooking compartment with a high-quality stainless steel exterior. The door is constructed from 12 gauge stainless steel and features a self-sealing inside type, preventing it from being opened under pressure. The door is easily removable for cleaning without tools, and the one-piece mold door gasket can be replaced without the need for tools or cement. The unit also includes a set of four stainless steel adjustable feet for stability. The cooking compartment can accommodate either three 12” x 20” x 2-1/2” pans or two 12” x 20” x 4” pans, with removable pan supports included. The cooking cycle is managed by an automatic timer, which shuts off the unit, exhausts steam, and drains condensate at the end of the cycle. For added convenience, the unit features a 0-60 minute timer, a safety valve, and a steam pressure gauge, and is completely serviceable from the front, making maintenance simple and efficient.
