The Steam-It features a durable 3/16” (5mm) aluminum welded seamless cooking compartment with a sleek stainless steel exterior finish. The door is designed with a self-sealing inside type, ensuring it cannot be opened under pressure, and is made from 12 gauge stainless steel for strength and durability. The door is easily removable for cleaning without the need for tools, and the one-piece mold door gasket is replaceable without tools or cement. The unit includes four stainless steel adjustable feet for added stability. The cooking compartment offers a capacity to hold either three 12” x 20” x 2-1/2” pans or two 12” x 20” x 4” pans, with removable pan supports included. The cooking cycle is controlled by an automatic timer that shuts off the unit, exhausts steam, and drains condensate at the end of the cooking cycle. For ease of use and safety, the unit includes a 0-60 minute timer, a safety valve, and a steam pressure gauge, and is completely serviceable from the front for convenient maintenance.
