Each PIZ3 is made of three compartments measuring 30"W x 21"D x 4 3/4"H. Giving you ample space to bake a variety of products. Each chamber has a separate door with a threshold measuring 30" x 5". Each compartment features a heavy duty nickel plated stainless steel decks. The PIZ is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel exterior, and 16 gauge stainless steel interior The PIZ3 is able to bake up to (3) 18" Pizzas at one time.
