The JA12SL is equipped to achive 500°F max, and preheats to 350°F in a matter of 15 minutes or less. The JET AIR fan system is unlike others, allowing for the motor to rotate on direction for a set amount of time. It will then come to a complete stop, Lastly it will resume spinning in the opposite direction. The SHOT and PULSE steam system that comes standard is top of the line. Perfect for the classsic bagel or crusty bread. 0.25" water line connection required. The exterior of the JA12SL measures 38 3/8" W x 37 5/8" D x 73"H. The interior chamber of the JA12SL meassures 26 3/4"W x 19 1/2"D x 26 1/4"H. The total pan capacity is (12) of the 18" x 26" pan with a 3.5" pan spacing. The JA12SL comes with a one year labor and two year parts warranty.
