The Crown Oyster Cookers feature a type 316 stainless steel inner and outer shell with a #4 finish, offering a one-piece welded construction. Each 2-quart cooker includes a tilt handle and heat-resistant knob, allowing the cooker to tilt 90° for complete emptying. The stainless steel mounting legs house the steam supply and condensate, with the right leg fitted with a steam control valve. A stainless steel lift-off cover comes standard. The cookers are mounted on a cabinet base with a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, and a spillage sink with drain and drain screen. The base includes boiler mountings, an electric boiler with controls, hinged doors with magnetic catches, and removable side panels. 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs with 4 adjustable flanged feet secure the unit to the floor. The exterior is finished with #4 stainless steel. The steam manifold is concealed within the cabinet and equipped with a steam trap and safety relief valve. The unit comes standard with automatic boiler blowdown, CSD-1 boiler controls, and a split water line.
