The outer liner is also one-piece and all-welded, equipped with a reliable positive locking mechanism. The spacious door opening, measuring 14” x 26.5” (356 x 673 mm), allows for easy access and flexibility in cooking. Included with the steamer are conveniently removable stainless steel pan supports and a thoughtful drip trough that connects to a drain, seamlessly collecting condensate when the door is opened, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The control housing, made entirely from stainless steel, features a fully accessible removable panel for straightforward operation and maintenance. Each cooking compartment operates independently, boasting a 60-minute timer, a green ready pilot light, and a red cooking pilot light for easy monitoring. An audible signal alerts you when a cooking cycle is complete.
