Designed to hold up to (12) 18"X26" or (24) 18"x13" sheet pans, or (24) 12"x20" pans. The standard pan spacing is 3.5", but don’t forget we can adjust out spacing at 1.75" increments. Encased in 2" thick insulation it allows for better holding capabilities. The interior working height of the ST1820 is 45.75". The ST1820 comes with a one year labor and parts warranty. Please consult ownwers manual and or spec sheet to verify prior to installation.
