The HL8 series is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 18 gauge interior. The HL8-8 is equipped to handle (16) 12"x20" or (8) 18"x26". Please note that there is a 3" shelf spacing between each pan. Our HL8-8 measures 45.5"H x 33.0625"D x 28"W. The interior height measurement is 26.5625". Our HL8-8 comes standard in 120 volt, single phase, 9.2 amps, and with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Perfect cabient for holding your hot foods. The HL cabient comes encased in 2" thick fiberglass continous wrap around insulation. Each unit comes with removeable tray racks and universal steel slides, allowing for adjustment at 1.5" centers. The standard spacing is 3". Designed with a max temp of 200°F and the ability to preheat to 160°F in a total of 25 minutes. The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator. The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
