The HL6 series is constructed of robust heavy duty aluminum. The HL6-14 is equipped to handle (28) 12"x20" or (14) 18"x26". Please note that there is a 3" shelf spacing between each pan. Our HL6-14 measures 64.325"H x 33.0625"D x 28"W. The interior height measurement is 45.5". Our HL6-14 comes standard in 120 volt, single phase, 17.5 amps, and with a NEMA 5-20P power cord. Perfect cabient for holding your hot foods. The HL cabient comes encased in 2" thick fiberglass continous wrap around insulation. Each unit comes with removeable tray racks and universal steel slides, allowing for adjustment at 1.5" centers. The standard spacing is 3". Designed with a max temp of 200°F and the ability to preheat to 160°F in a total of 25 minutes. The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator. The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
