The HL5-1812 is designed to hold (24) 12"x20" pans or (12) 18"x26" sheet pans at one time. With a fixed 4.5" shelf spacing. The interior working height of the HL5-1812 is 57.5" high. The dimensions of the HL5-1812 are 76.375"H x 36.625"D x 31.375"W. The HL5-1812 comes in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 2100 watts, 17.5 amps with a NEMA 5-20 power cord. Fully constructed of aluminum from the inside out and and featuring 5" casters. The HL5-1812 comes with a 200°F max temperature and preheats to 160°F in 25 minutes. The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator. The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
