Every BB40 is constructed of 20g stainless steel exterior and a 24g stainless steel interior. Fully insulated with 1" thick wrap around insulation and 1.5" thick insulation on the top. The max temp of the BB Series Banquet cart is 200°F and is able to preheat to 160°F in 20 minutes. The BB40 measures 46.25"H x 30.5"D x 32"W. The BB40 can hold three different capacities based on the carrier used. If using the "P" or "C" Style carrier it can hold (40) plates. Without a carrier at all it can hold a total of (48) plates. Our BB40 features 2 separate shelves measuring 24"x22" with a clearance of 13" between shelves. The heating system is located at the bottom of the unit and can easily be removed for maintenance, cleaning or replacement. Taking this unit on the go is no issue with the 6" diameter heavy duty casters allowing for smooth transit. Shipping standard in 120 volt, single phase, 1650 watts, 13.7 amps, and with a NEMA 5-15P power cord. Alternative voltages available upon request.
