Our BB1848 Convertible Banquet Carter is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 24 gauge stainless steel interior. The BB1848 features (3) 20.75"x26" stainless steel shelves. The capacity is unbelieveable. We are designed to hold (48) plates measuring up to 11" in diameter, (10) trays measuring 18"x26", or (20) 2.5" deep hotel pans that measure 12"x20. Our BB1848 measures 58"H x 36"D x 30.625"W. The clearance between the storage shelves is 12.5" in height. The BB series banquet cart can get up to 200°F and preheat up to 160°F in a matter of 25 minutes. The BB Series Banquet cart can hold the heat better then our competitors boosting the fact we use 1" thick continous wrap around insulation and 1.5" thick around the top. The BB series is standard in 120 Volt Single Phase, 13.7 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P power cord, and a bottom removeable heating module.
