The APW Wyott HFW-4DS insulated hot food well is 12″ x 20″ and features four wells with a drain. APW HFW’s accommodate standard size pans. Heavy-duty top mount insulated rectangular drop-in well has an EZ-Lock system on all four exterior sides designed for easy installation. Unit is heated by a tubular heating element shaped in serpentine fashion for even heat distribution to pan base. Element is mounted under well and secured by aluminized deflector shield for maximum efficiency and constructed of stainless steel above countertop, with aluminized outer housing below counter.
