Two units have the frying capacity of three SSH55 units while taking up less overall space, maximizing production per square foot of valuble back of house areas. Solstice automatic self cleaning burners and blower-free atmospheric heatng. Solid State Control with melt cycle and boil out options. Filter system with built-in filtration to remove debris and extend oil life. Filter drawer with curved, swivel drain spout to eliminate hot oil splash during oil disposal. Filter Drawer with self-aligning filter connection for effortless hookup. Larger full port drain to reduce clogging, 10 GPM filter pump and improved oil return design to rinse sediment from the tank. Optional autofiltration and filter lockout to increase oil life and safety.
