Based on your floor plan and serving volume requirements, you select from a complete family of hot stations, cold bars, utility top units, and corner, entree and beverage station
Step 2- Colors
Each unit is offered with standard wood grain vinyl finish, but you can select from hundreds of available laminate finishes or stainless steel surfaces to match or complement any decor.
Step 3- Breath guards
Select from a wide variety of breath guards to match your serving requirements. Vollrath’s exclusive AccessTM Breath guards allows safe and convenient self-service, while a selection of cafeteria-style breath guards allow comfortable staff-assisted serving
Step 4- Lights
Add attractive illumination and consistent overhead heating with Vollrath’s many heat and light options
Step 6- Accessories
Select the tray slides, cutting boards, plate rests and serving option that make food delivery convenient for both your customer and your staff
Step 7- Options
Add the finishing touch options that make your Signature Server line-up truly custom. Storage modules, drain systems, drop-ins and convenience outlets are all designed to make set-up and cleaning easier
Step 5- Electrical
You can specify 120 volt, 208 volt or 240 volt electrical option to suit your operating requirements. Representatives will gladly help you select the option that best suites your serving needs
